Universum, a branding firm, recently released its Most Attractive Employer rankings for 2018. Global engineering and infrastructure advisory company Aurecon was ranked Number 10 in the Engineering/Technology sector for professionals, making it one of the most attractive employers to work for in South Africa in this specific industry.

The Most Attractive Employer rankings list companies that South African professionals and students are most keen to work for. Over 22 000 local professionals were surveyed for the ranking and the questions they were asked covered a wide range of attributes that make an employer attractive, such as work-life balance, future employment and career goals. Employees were surveyed in key sector categories such as engineering, technology, natural sciences, business and commerce.
Other companies who made the Top 10 list in the Engineering/Technology category for professionals include Google, Sasol, Microsoft, CSIR, South African Breweries and the BMW Group.
