George Okley Mensah, a serving Board member of the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) has been massively defeated by one Richmond Adu Owusu, an aide to the Minister for Fisheries and Acquaculture Development in the ongoing poling station executive elections of the New Patriotic Party.
The duo, contested the chairmanship position for the Buade Last Stop polling station in the Krowor Constituency of the Greater Accra Region.
The peaceful election which was conducted by the officer in charge, declared Mr. Richmond Owusu the winner with 25 valid votes as against one vote obtained by Mr Okley Mensah.
