Football: Ghana is still 50th Best in the World

The Black Stars are still the 50th best national football team in the world and maintained their eighth spot in Africa in the latest ranking released on Thursday January 18, 2018.

Tunisia have replaced Senegal at the top of the FIFA rankings for Africa.

In October, Tunisia moved top of the rankings for the first time in 15 years – only to lose that spot to Senegal just a month later.

World Champions Germany however, cemented their first position in the world ranking with Brazil and Portugal occupying the 2nd and 3rd spots respectively.
