Krif Ghana Ltd has presented the first of 52 security safes to be given out to well deserving public private institutions in Ghana as part of its enhanced Corporate Social Responsibility Project for the year.

The Ghana News Agency (GNA) is the recipient of the first donation of the high quality and very durable DIPLOMAT branded fire proof/burglar proof safe from Krif Ghana on Monday October 8, 2018 as a fulfilment of a pledge by the office stationary company in August this year.

The move is to support the work of deserving public and private institutions and also to show appreciation to the Ghanaian public as the company’s Mega Corporate Social Responsibility for keeping faith with Krif Ghana Ltd for the past 32 years of doing business in the country.

Being the first of its kind, the historical event took place at the premises of the headquarters of the Ghana News Agency in Accra where the DIPLOMAT Reinforced Office Cabinet (ROC) was presented to the authorities of the institution.

In her remarks before the safe was handed over to the authorities of the GNA, the Executive Director of Krif Ghana Ltd, Mrs. Susan Awura Adjoa Okosun indicated that her outfit was poised to meet the target it has set for itself to deliver 52 safes to deserving institutions as a sign of commitment to the people of Ghana in the delivery of quality service and products over the years.

“In the quest to fulfil our responsibility as good corporate citizens, we have initiated a Krif Corporate Social Responsibility Project specifically to ensure that as many important offices as possible are served with our DIPLOMAT Safes to facilitate the safety of very important documents, even medical sample reports and even medical supplies in healthcare facilities as the case may be.”

She further indicated that the company’s choice of the news agency as the beneficiary of the first donation is designed to show support to the media for the good work being done for Ghana.

“Our decision to make this donation to the Ghana News Agency today is due to our conviction that real partnership with the media serves in no small way as a catalyst that triggers rapid development of a country and ensures the well-being of its population.” She indicated.

According to the Head of Engineering Department of Krif Ghana, Enoch Manford, in a short presentation on the importance of owning a Security Safe, the Reinforced Office Cabinet (ROC) is built according to German construction and provides protection against fires and theft.
