Krif Ghana Limited, dealers in German stationery and office equipment, is celebrating its customers throughout the month of November. This is part of the company’s maiden ‘customer experience month’.
The purpose of the promotion according to the management of the company is to reward customer loyalty and create long lasting relationship with its loyalists.
Executive Chairman of the Krif Ghana, Reverend Kennedy Okuson, told journalists at a media briefing in Accra that the promotion is in responds to demands of customers.
Throughout the month of November any customer who visits any of the numerous branches of Krif Ghana across the country will receive a special treat.
“Krif Ghana is recognizing all discerning customers such as the most loyal, most frequent, and most dedicated, who want value for money and have continuously patronised world class brands from us,” Rev Okuson stated.
Four lucky customers will be compensated on the value of their buying.
According to the company, the winners will be widely published in the media.
At the end of the promotion month one of the loyal customers will emerge the overall customer based on the cumulative purchases he or she made during the period of the promotion from any of the Branches of Krif Ghana on rotational basis.
Also, there will be gifts in all the branches of Krif Ghana for anyone who makes a purchase irrespective of the value of the product.
The ‘customer experience month’ will be crowned with an ‘awards night’ aimed at celebrating and appreciating loyal customers while increasing the bond with customers and starting new relationships.
