A Dambai New Patriotic Party communicator and his National Democratic Congress radio panelist counterpart exchanged free blows after being thrown out of the studios of a local radio station where they were engaged in a heated discussion over the Anas Armeyaw Anas investigative exposé, MyNewsGH.com has learnt.
In a social media report by Okogyeabour Ocran, the management and the staff of Dambai Based Oti Radio in the Kratsi East district of the Volta region experienced shock when on their network NPP communicator Abdul Rahamani and NDC communicator Peter Nlepah staged open Fight over the Anas video right after their studio discussion.
The management of the Radio station tried their best to calm their nerves down during the studio discussion but failed, leading to the closure of the program.
The two, we learnt clashed when the NDC communicator allegedly called Akufo-Addo and Bawumia accomplices of Mr Kwesi Nyantakyi who has been fingered collecting some money from investors ‘on behalf’ of President Akufo-Addo and Bawumia.
This led to heated exchanges and then a fight which was videoed and circulated on social media.
In the course of the discussions, both disagreed and in the process tempers flared resulting in the physical violent exchanges MyNewsGH.com learnt.
Listeners who were enjoying the discussions when suddenly they started hearing sounds of fallen objects in the studios amidst shouts of ‘who are you’ through the open microphones.
The NPP in the Krachi East District has subsequently issued statement boycotting all discussion on that radio station because, they (NPP) believe that, the clash was masterminded by the management of the Oti Radio and declined further comment.
