The Disability Music Ambassador for PromoAfrica, Mzbel, will be flown abroad for feature medical treatment if the need arises, or upon the advice of local doctors who are keenly monitoring the extent of injury she incurred at a recent accident.
The Vice President of PromoAfrica, Mr. Jeorge Wilson Kingson, in an exclusive interview with TodayGhanaNews, said, his organization is very worried about the health status of the songstress, real name Belinda Nana Ekua Amoah who was involved in a critical accident last Wednesday at the Aquasafari Beach Resort with a female friend from the United States of America.
He said, PromoAfrica is in constant touch with the Personal Assistant of the musician, Mr. Paa Kwasi Wright, to work a way out for feature medical treatment for her in Germany or Russia, if the need arises.
The Network of Journalists for the Promotion of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Africa (PROMOAFRICA), on February 14, 2018, at a colorful ceremony appointed Mzbel as its Music Ambassador on Disability. The event took place at the La Villa Boutique Hotel in Accra.
Mr. Kingson on behalf of the Executives and the entire membership of PromoAfrica, wished Mzbel a speedy recovery.
“I know Mzbel to be a very courageous, and a strong hearted lady with the love of humanity in her heart. She will surely bounce back healthyly and stronger than before,” he added.
