Sellas Tetteh’s first task as head Coach of the Black Queens team is to supervise the side at the upcoming WAFU Women’s Cup of Nations tournament in Cote d’Ivoire.
The former Rwanda National team Coach takes charge of a women’s team for the first time in his career after working as gaffer for the Ghana U17 side and the Sierra-Leonean National team.
Tetteh will take over from assistant Mercy Tagoe-Quarcoo who has been preparing the Black Queens team for the competition after the departure of Mas-Ud Didi Dramani.
He will need to acquaint himself in his new role as Black Queens Coach and lead the team to glory in Cote d’ Ivoire.
He is expected to transform the team with his rich experience in Coaching.
