Saudi Arabia’s Al Ohod grabs Ghana’s Isaac Vorsah

Former Black Stars defender Isaac Vorsah has finally ended his search for a new club, joining Saudi Arabian side Al Ohod.

Vorsah is believed to have signed a two-year contract with the Madina-based club following years of wandering for a club without success.

Report had earlier emerged that the former Ghana defender Isaac Vorsah was being assessed by Danish side AC Horsens.

The centre-back has joined the club for pre-season training ahead of the start of the 2017 Superliga campaign.

Vorsah has been battling injuries the last four years when he suffered a setback playing for Red Bull Salzburg.

The last two seasons, he has had stints with Austrian second-tier FC Liefering and Moroccan outfit FAR Rabat in an attempt to revive his career.

Vorsah was also reported to have urged close to landing a deal with Norwegian side Songdal.

The hardworking defender was a member of the Ghana Black Stars squad that represented the West African nation at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
