This App gives you all the information you require on Shell to help plan your journeys, purchases, oil change and locate quick service restaurants at our stations, and provide feedback while offering you an opportunity to improve your driving efficiency, with some exciting prizes as well,” stated Ebenezer Faulkner who is the Managing Director of Vivo Ghana.
The App is currently available and can be downloaded from Google Play Store for those who use Android devices and at the Apple Store for IOS. Features of the App includes Shell Locator, News and Products, Mi Garage, Shell Drive and Tell Shell, among others,
According to Faulkner, with the introduction of this App onto the Ghanaian market, Vivo Ghana is continuing with its tradition of leading the industry with innovation in the downstream petroleum industry in Ghana.
The Marketing Manager of Vivo Ghana, Jerry Boachie Danquah, the launch of the Application has become necessary because “we are in a technological era and anyone who fails to take advantage of this era would be left behind”.
Speaking on behalf of the Minister for Energy, Boakye Agyarko, a director at the Ministry who is responsible for the downstream petroleum sector, Jacob Amoah, congratulated Vivo Energy Ghana for its exceptional safety performance, having achieved over 3,240 days, representing almost nine years, without any major recordable incident. He also acknowledged the company’s immense contribution in the area of sustainable community development.
