Baba Alhassan, the leader of the Kandahar Boys, the group that attacked the Chief Executive Officer of the Tamale Teaching Hospital, Dr. Kolbilla has been granted a Gh¢10,000 bail by the Tamale Magistrate Court presided over by His Honor Anthony Aduku Aidoo.
Conditions attached to the bail include three sureties who are Ghanaian workers earning not less than GH¢1,000 monthly.
Baba who was arrested on Wednesday August 16, 2018 will be arraigned appear before Court on the September 3, 2018, police sources have said.
His arrest by the Northern Regional police command has fulfilled one demand of the staff of the hospital who are threatening a strike action.
 The Staff of the hospital have resumed their duty posts as patients troop in for health care.
 The police command in collaboration with the management of the hospital say they are working harder to establish a temporal police post pending the building of a permanent security post.
