In an exclusive interview with The Daily Analyst, the Second Deputy Speaker emphasized the need for the government to scrap what he described as nuisance taxes to provide relief to Ghanaians.

“They promised to remove the E-Levy, Betting Tax, Emissions Tax, and COVID-19 Levy. I believe they can do more in areas where Ghanaians have raised concerns,” he stated.

He further stressed the importance of prioritizing policies and initiatives that will have a direct positive impact on the well-being of the Ghanaian people.
