Ecobank Ghana: Changes in Board of Directors Membership

Ecobank Ghana PLC (EGH) announces to the general investing public the resignation of Dr. John Ofori-Tenkorang from his role as a Non-Executive Director and representative of the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) on the company’s Board of Directors. His resignation became effective on April 29, 2024.
