YAFO Institute Selected for Prestigious 2024 Think Tank Shark Tank Competition in Tanzania

The YAFO Institute, an independent public policy research organization in Ghana, has been selected to participate in the 2024 Think Tank Shark Tank Competition at the Africa Liberty Forum in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

This prestigious competition, hosted by Atlas Network and Liberty Sparks, gives three contestants the opportunity to pitch their organization’s mission and goals to an audience of freedom advocates, influencers, and a panel of judges, known as the “sharks”.

Out of numerous esteemed think tank leaders and policy experts in Africa, the YAFO Institute was chosen to participate in their project Decentralized Business Empowerment.

“Our participation in the competition aligns with our mission and to advance civil liberty through free enterprise research and innovative public policy advocacy for a prosperous society in Ghana” the statement added.

The Think Tank Shark Tank Competition will take place on July 11-12, 2024 during the annual Africa Liberty Forum. The three winners will each receive $15,000 in funding for their pitch.
