The Community Focus Foundation Ghana (CFF-Ghana) has issued a statement condemning the bloody clash between supporters of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) at Mamobi on Sunday, 13th October, 2024.

The statement released by CFF – Ghana on Tuesday, October 15, reads in part, “We strongly protests the sporadic shootings in which some citizens were injured with life-threatening wounds. Indeed this appalling act of violence is not an isolated incident; in recent years political violence has become the order of the day in Ghana. In fact, the frequency of such troubling incidents resulting from impunity casts a shadow of doubt on Ghana’s fledgling democracy.
