Bawumia to grace Parliament’s Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols
Speaker Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin, who made the disclosure in Parliament on Monday, said the House was compelled to bring its usual Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols earlier in view of the prevailing situation.
Vice President, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia will be the guest speaker at Parliament’s 2024 Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols.
The event will take place on Wednesday, December 18, on the premises of Parliament House.

He will represent President Nana Akufo-Addo.

“…And it is proposed that it be held on Wednesday on the premises of Parliament House at the usual time; 1800 hours,” he said, adding that invitations had already been extended to dignitaries.
