At its meeting held on Tuesday, 14th September, 2021, the Governing Council of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), was unable to appoint a successor to the outgoing Vice-Chancellor (VC) due to a court order. The injunction was sought and obtained by a known crook acting through surrogates as a result of his usual cowardice.

An attempt to get someone else to Act as VC from 1st October, 2021, was rejected outright by a majority of the Council Members.
As it stands now, the current VC is highly likely to get an extension until the court case is disposed off.

Some thieves parading as staff of UEW, disgracefully sought audience with a known crook, and apologized to him. These thieves assured the known crook that, they will hand over all UEW funds to him if he the crook is able to help them remove the current VC and get one of the thieves appointed as VC of UEW.

I personally feel sorry for these thieves and their newfound crook friend, because they can NEVER win this battle, Insha Allah!!
