Police on manhunt for Armed Robbers who attempted to attack a Bullion Van

Personnel of the Ghana Police Service’s anti-robbery teams are on a manhunt for some armed robbers who attempted to attack a bullion van.

The incident which happened in the North Industrial Area in Accra was foiled by the police.

The suspects are said to have absconded after their robbery operation was thwarted, with the police said to be pursuing them.

Taking its social media handle, the Police said the suspects “are being pursued by the Anti-Robbery teams.”

According to them, further details of the botched robbery will be “communicated by Accra Regional Police Command in due course.”
