There is no FREE HOLD in Ghana, that is no Land can be given forever, yet when Government takes land from the Original Land Owners with the intention of never returning it; when such Lands are gifted to cronies forever it becomes FREEHOLD Land property of the Landgrabbers…

Chief Justice Georgina Woode and Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo are part of the selected “Forever People ” made instant Millionaire by the scheme to give prime State Acquired Lands to corrupt government officials, friends, business associates and persons whose offices can help stifle any agitations on Landgrab…

Making Legal the illegal allocation of Lands did not start in the Achimota Forest or with bogus Executive Instruments.

The Kpobi Tettey Tsuru vs Attorney General is the cardinal sin as it opened the floodgates for the Land Looters to hide under law to steal State|Stool Lands in Prime areas…

A review of the Constitution to properly define Article 20 (5) (6) and jettison the Supreme Court wrongfully equating the “PUBLIC INTEREST” with “PUBLIC PURPOSE” to mean that the State can Compulsorily take a Land for a stated purpose in the PUBLIC INTEREST such as Agenda 111 hospital and turn around to allocate the land to a private person forever, provided that private person uses it for PUBLIC PURPOSE such as a hotel which is accessible to the public and pocket the cash…

That private person, e.g. Sophia Akuffo can as in the case of Sir John or JH Mensa pass on Hotel and the said State Land to his family in his will…

It will be recalled that President John Agyekum Kufuor was stopped from taking State acquired Lands in 2008 by the GaDangme Youth led by Prince-Derek Adjei because he put in a clause that “when he dies , the State Land should be given to his children”; how different is that from the Sir John will?

It will be recalled that, Prince-Derek Adjei further stated that upon the death of Former President Jerry John Rawlings, the Ridge Bungalow Residence of the Rawlingses which is on State Lands be retrieved by government…

“The time has come for government to retrieve all State Lands and Bungalows including the Ridge Bungalow Residence of Former President Rawlings or return same to the Original Land Owners if government has no further use of those State|Stool Lands and Bungalows.”

There has been precedent of a President retrieving such Lands and using it for the State Interest;

President John Atta-Mills built the Foreign Affairs Ministry office complex on Lands originally acquired for the International Students Hostel under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs but fraudulently allocated to the following “Forever People” for their private use;

These are only a part of a much longer list of beneficiaries of fraudulently allocated State Lands which is in the possession of President Akufo-Addo and the Special Prosecutor.

A careful examination of the names and the areas allocated, a class society of exclusive enclaves were also created by the Landgrab.

So Sir John is in very good company, he was not alone in the Looting of State Lands which happened other various governments.

Ghana needs a Full-scale Public Enquiry not limited to the Achimota Forest Landgrab.

Ghanaians are resolved to be Citizens and not Spectators.

God Save Our Homeland Ghana and its Lands from Land Looters.
