The Scope of Work:

The $3million renovation work included the construction of a Presidential Library (without books) and a few changes and many light bulbs to be paid for by Ghanaians in Dumsor Ghana.

The $3million renovation at the Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum is far less than David Adjaye was paid (113million) for virtually no work done at the corruption-riddledCathedral Project.
