Accra In Paris Show: We didn’t add Shatta Wale because he has no collaborations with any French Artiste

The French Ambassador to Ghana, H.E Anne Sophie Ave, has revealed why Dancehall Artiste Shatta Wale was left out of the much-publicised Accra in Paris show.

H.E Anne Sophie Ave, who is the main organizer of the show has responded to questions from Shatta Movement fans on why their icon was left out. In her response, Shatta Wale wasn’t left out of the show for any malicious reason.
The Ambassador revealed that there was a requirement for performing at the event and Shatta Wale didn’t fulfil that.
According to the French Ambassador, the 23rd April concert is engineered to promote duets from French and Ghanaian Artistes but unfortunately, Shatta Wale hadn’t done any collaborations with French Artistes, hence, his absence. She promised to connect Shatta Wale to artists in France.
‘Accra In Paris’ is organized by the French Embassy to promote Ghanaian Afrobeat as well as French culture.
Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Kwabena Kwabena and Fameye shared the big stage with some rated French Artistes.
