To understand the Achimota Forest Land Release Scandal you must look closely at the Cantonments Civil Aviation Land Theft which is being supervised by Samuel Abu Jinapor and the Esi Gbedemah fraudulent allocation of 50acres of prime Airport Hills land under the watch of Samuel Abu Jinapor.
Did Samuel Abu Jinapor say that Akufo-Addo only acted on a Petition from the Owoo family?
That is a preposterous LIE from Samuel Abu Jinapor.
Akufo-Addo has consistently refused to act on several Article 146 Petitions in breach of the Constitution, which couldlead to his impeachment, so why the Owoo family Petition?
Below are a few Petitions ignored by President Akufo-Addo;
- Article 146 Petition for the removal of Justice Sophia Akuffo as Chief Justice, after she put herself in Conflict of Interest situation by accepting a fraudulently allocated State Lands at Cantonments, she also sat on Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey Ridge Bungalow & Land case yet kept her at Cantonments (which she fraudulently received together with Jake and several other high profile persons); Sophia Akuffo paid GHc7000 for prime Cantonments State Land worth millions.
Akufo-Addo refused to act on the Article 146 Petition for two (2) years until she retired at age 70.
- Akufo-Addo has refused to act on Article 146 Petition for the removal of Jean Adukwei Mensa as EC Chairperson despite claims of being a Conveyor belt in such Article 146 Petitions as he did in the case of her predecessor, Charlotte Osei.
Jean Adukwei Mensa’s IEA was fraudulently allocated plot 39 of State Lands at Cantonments.
- President Akufo-Addo was petitioned as Commander-in-Chief of the Ghana Armed Forces, by the La Mantse Dr. Nii Kpobi Tettey Tsuru on the clandestine annexation of La Stool Lands (including Kpletso) by the Military as far back as 2017.
Instead, under the watch of Akufo-Addo and Dominic Nutitul, Landguards in Ghana Army uniforms were deployed to shoot live bullets and assault unarmed journalists and citizens of La at Kpletso on 15th April, 2021 leading to several sustaining injuries which resulted in the death of one lady – Adjorkor.
The Military are still developing the Kpletso Lands despite the claim by the Lands Minister, Samuel Abu Jinapor that he wrote officially to the Defence Minister, Dominic Nititul, to stop the military from further construction work at the disputed Kpletso land.
Akufo-Addo ignored another Petition from the La Mantse and the La Traditional Council on the illegal Military Cemetery being used to steal hundreds of acres of prime land which is not part of Burma Camp.
The State has not acquired the Lands for the Military, has not paid compensation for the Lands but some persons hiding behind the Military want to steal lands in the name of the Ghana Army using force of arms with a claim of relocation of the Base Ordinance Unit of the Army to the prime lands Kpletso (Airport Hills) to facilitate the fraudulent landgrab for the New Accra City Project.
There have been so many weather Petitions unattended to by President Akufo-Addo that this Preposterous excuse by Samuel Abu Jinapor for the attempted release of the Achimota Forest Lands for onward transfer into the names of friends and family of Government officials as has happened in the bogus Cantonments Civil Aviation Land Agreement signed by Kwaku Asoma-Cheremeh for the release of land and immediate takeover of the land for subsequent sharing among cronies…

The Ghana Police Service must make public the findings of the investigation into the Cantonments Civil Aviation Land which they based on to claim that the First Lady, Rebecca Akufo-Addo was not complicit in the fraudulent allocation of State Land as alleged by journalist Kwabena Bobie-Ansah.
The names of all the developers on the Cantonments Civil Aviation Land and all relevant documentation must be made public immediately by the Police, the Lands Ministry and Lands Commission.
The bizarre Agreement signed by Government acting through the then Lands Minister, Kwaku Asoma-Cheremeh must be made public and explained by Government together with the Report and why construction work is still ongoing despite a claim by the Minister that work has stopped.
The Minister, Samuel Abu Jinapor must name all those he claims come to his office to pressure him after driving around on weekends scouting for State Bungalows and Land, to allocate these prime State Lands.
The Minister must make public its illegal Agreement with the notorious Landguard Clemence Gyato and Anyok Holdings to reclaim encroached State Lands and be paid with portions of the State Lands.
The Special Prosecutor must confirm receipt of the Sophia Akuffo Petition which includes names and particulars of the hundreds who were fraudulently allocated State Lands by the Lands Commission making them instant millionaires and indicate the status of their investigation.
President Akufo-Addo must tell Ghanaians why he refused to act on the Petition and why he has not taken appropriate steps to retrieve the fraudulently allocated State Lands.
Ghanaians are resolved to be Citizens and not Spectators.
