AFENYO Apologised to Clerk: For the falsehoods he peddled, then lies about CHAIN HOMES…

The former Defence Minister, Dominic Nitiwul tried to say something about CHAIN HOMES but his microphone did not allow his words to be heard.

The microphones of Parliament and other properties destroyed during the premeditated disruption of the Vetting Committee and the image of Parliament that was dented has occasioned the Speaker to set up an investigative Committee whose public proceedings are set to start today pari paso the Police investigations.

The Speaker of Parliament lifted the Suspension of the Four MPs following the appeal by the Super Majority Leader, Hon. Mahama Ayariga on the heals of that of the Micro-Mini Minority Leader Afenyo-Markin.

Earlier, the Micro-Mini Minority held a protest in front of Parliament after challenging the Speaker’s decision and standing by their false claims and hooting at the Clerk of the Vetting Committee…

When the Micro-Mini Minority then entered the Chamber of Parliament to do the direct opposite, rendering their protest useless.

The Micro-Mini Minority Leader Afenyo-Markin rendered an unqualified apology to the Clerk, her husband and children for the recklessness chauvinistic comment he and his Micro-Mini Minority made at the Vetting Committee and their Press Conference ahead of the premeditated disruption and subsequent destruction of Parliament property.

Afenyo-Markin could not resist the spirit of lying and peddling falsehood against people without basis nor evidence.

Afenyo-Markin falsely claimed that the CHAIN HOMES IS ON STATE LAND ACQUIRED FOR THE MILITARY.

The former Defence Minister, Dominic Nitiwul in an interview with Imoro Sanda on Channel 1 TV made categorical statements completely contradicting the Afenyo Markin lies on the floor of Parliament.

Parliament being a House of Records, must take steps to expunge the lies about CHAIN HOMES and demand proof of the acquisition of the land from the La Stool for the military.

The desperate quest by the Micro-Mini Minority to equalize the ORAL exposé of Land Looters using the Vetting and now the floor of Parliament must not be allowed to go unchecked…

The former Lands Minister, Samuel Abu Jinapor was present in Parliament when the falsehoods about CHAIN HOMES being State Lands for the military was being peddled and actually contributed to the discussion withoutcorrecting the lies…

Samuel Abu Jinapor appeared before the Parliamentary Assurance Committee chaired by Samuel Okujeto Ablakwa who is currently the the chairman of the Operation Recover All Loot [ORAL] and could not provide the comprehensive list of all State Acquired Lands when it was requested.

Samuel Abu Jinapor, then as Lands Minister after supervising the Looting of State Lands, blamed the Lands Commission for not having reliable land records.

Samuel Abu Jinapor had earlier on National television stated categorically that the officials of the Lands Commission take the Lands documents home and make alterations to the documents thus rendering them unreliable.

Samuel Abu Jinapor on the same Metro TV Good Morning Ghana stated programme that the people who are revered in our society drive around on weekends looking for State Lands and Bungalows with little or no activity then come to his office to pressure him to allocate these prime State Lands to them at ridiculous prices.

Samuel Abu Jinapor must be compelled by ORAL and Parliament to name the people who he claims to have come to his office to pressure him to allocate these prime State Lands to them at ridiculous prices.

Asenso Boakye must be dragged before ORAL and Parliament to render account for his stewardship at Works and Housing Ministry in the presence of his successor, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah…

The Works and Housing Ministry is responsible for the State Bungalows that have been shared like confetti to government officials, Galamseyers, their families, friends and business associates at ridiculous prices…

It will be recalled that the Works and Housing Ministry under Kojo Oppong Nkrumah promised to make available a database of all State Bungalows…

It will be recalled that Parliament promised to set up a committee of Enquiry into the the illegal agreement between the Lands Ministry and the notorious Landguard Clemence Gyato who the Ministry’s Chief Director confirmed had agreement with the Lands Minister to be given portions of the State Lands which have been encroached through his Anyok Holdings Vigilante group.

PARLIAMENT MUST ACT TO PROTECT PUBLIC PROPERTY, THE STATE LANDS AND BUNGALOWS.

Ghanaians await the Attorney-General’s announcement of the next phase of ORAL…

Fortunately, the Attorney-General, Hon. Dominic Ayine was the deputy Attorney-General who advised against the acquisition of the land that Dominic Nitiwul contradicted Afenyo Markin’s claim to be military land, BECAUSE THE VERY HIGH COMPENSATION THAT THESE PRIME LANDS WILL ATTRACT CANNOT BE PAID.

The illegal Military Cemetery on such prime lands is unconscienable and must be relocated together with the illegal relocation of the Base Ordinance Depot to the adjoining Kpletso Land.

It will be that on 15th April, 2021the people of La were shot and beaten by the Military at Kpletso so they can annex that La Stool Land because of the illegal sale of the large tract of land adjoining the Airport City including the Ghana Police Service Workshop, 37 DVLA, 37 Taxi and Trotro Stations as well as the Base Ordinance Depot which was being relocated at the expense of the La Stool.

Ghanaians are resolved to be Citizens and not Spectators.

Citizens Arrests remain a legal and constitutional option to retrieve the Looted Stolen State Lands and Bungalows.

The Presidential Commission of Enquiry into the Looted Stolen State Lands, State Bungalows and Expropriation of GaDangme Lands is the other option.

The original Pre-acquisition Land Owners [La Stool] await the return of the Looted State Lands and Bungalows, as envisaged by the framers of the Constitution as was recently done for the Subjects of the Golden Stool.
