Afro Nation calls off 2020 festival due to Covid-19

Organisers of the Afro Nation Festival have cancelled this year’s event due to the effects of COVID-19.

According to them, there has been deep engagements with the authorities and their partners in Ghana to host the event this year. But the impact of the pandemic around the world has made it impossible to do so.

The Afro Nation Team, in a statement, said that they hope to return next year with some interesting plans.

“We’ll be back with more information about our return to Africa in 2021, oh that’s going to be a celebration like no other. We already have some unique and exciting plans in place to return to the Motherland next year and we can’t wait to see you there” they wrote.
