Akufo-Addo and Bawumia Misplaced Priorities and Failure: Christmas to be Postponed in Ghana

Corruption, Misappropriation, Wastage, Binge Borrowing and plundering of the Public Purse has collapsed Ghana and threatening to kill Ghanaians.

The Akufo-Addo-Bawumia government supervision of mass Looting of State Funds, State Assets including State Lands and Bungalows must be resisted.

The indiscriminate Galamsey, deforestation and destruction of farmlands, pollution of Rivers and Water Bodies under the watch of Akufo-Addo, Bawumia, Samuel Abu Jinapor, Benito Owusu-Bio and George Mireku Duker must not go unpunished.

Looting of State Lands particularly in Labone, Airport, Legon and Cantonments must be investigated if Ghana is interested in stopping the hemorrhage of State Assets.

The Cantonments Civil Aviation Land Looting clearly has very high level governmental involvement as they look on sheepishly for the stealing to continue even as the thieves place ADVERTS of selling the stolen Civil Aviation Land which is state property.

Samuel Abu Jinapor led Lands Ministry and Lands Commission’s continuous refusal to make public the Report on the Civil Aviation Land or stop the criminal developers of the stolen state landed property which allegedly includes Chinese Galamseyers makes them a prime suspects or accomplices in the stealing of the Cantonments Civil Aviation Land.

Proceeds of Galamsey and Corruption are laundered through the fraudulent land transactions such as that which is happening at the Cantonments Civil Aviation Land…

The proceeds of Galamsey and Corruption are easily traceable if kept in bank accounts hence buying Prime Lands especially State Lands and Bungalows are the preferred option…

Recall the Lands Minister, Samuel Abu Jinapor recently lamented on national television that the people who are revered in our society go round on weekends looking for State Lands and Bungalows with little or no activity then come to his office to pressure him to allocate these prime lands to them, which act he claimed he found unconscionable yet refused to name them nor report their conduct.

Unconscionable is the Executive Instrument signed by President Akufo-Addo attempting to effect declassification and sale of the Achimota Forest, parts of which were found in Sir John’s Will along with Estuary and Adenta Civil Aviation Lands.

The persons named in the Sir John infamous Will, including Charles Owusu are walking free occasionally surfacing on Asempa FM Ekosiisen as resource persons…

Ghana has the richest Salt Mine in Africa, the Ada Songhor Lagoon.

An unconscionable Executive Instrument was signed by President Akufo Addo in November 2020 purporting to give the entire Ada Songhor Salt to McDan’s Electrochem which has been resisted by the people of Ada whose livelihoods and Lands were taken together with their Lagoon.

Yet another unconscionable allocation of 52acres of Prime Airport Hills Lands were fraudulently allocated to a private person under the supervision of Samuel Abu Jinapor for the cost of 1acre after the Lands Minister and the President had indicated their intent to ban such allocations.

These are some of the reasons why Ghana is Broke yet few have become excessively rich.

All these must be reversed, starting with the retrieval of all fraudulently allocated State Lands…

Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo paid GHc7000 for prime Cantonments State Land worth millions;

President Akufo-Addo and the Special Prosecutor have the list of the hundreds of INSTANT MILLIONAIRES created fraudulently because they were Beneficiaries of the fraudulently allocated State Lands.

All those high profile persons, Companies, Organisations and Officials should be forced to return these fraudulently allocated State lands and Bungalows with interest.

If the State no longer wants those lands which were COMPULSORILY ACQUIRED BY THE STATE sometimes without any compensation, those lands must be returned to the LA STOOL through the LA MANTSE.

There is precedent in the recent Executive Instrument [E.I. 432] signed by President Akufo-Addo which returned 409acres of State Acquired Lands, including those occupied by the Military acquired before the 1992 Constitution, in Ashanti Region through the ASANTEHENE in trust for the Subjects of the GOLDEN STOOL.

Note that the Land was not returned through the Asanteman Council or a Traditional Council as attempted by Kwaku Asoma-Cheremeh fraudulent MoU purporting an illegal takeover of the Cantonments Civil Aviation Land.

ACT 1036 demands of Land Transactions to be transparent and accountable or imposes stiff fines and long prison sentences to offenders regardless of the culprits being Chiefs, Thieves or Government Officials.
