The duo of Ken Ofori-Atta and Charles Adu were accomplices in various scandals beyond their binge borrowing motivated by the fact that their private companies Databank and Black Star Advisors made money each time they borrowed money in the name of Ghanaians.
The extensive portfolio of insider-trading, conflict of interest transactions of Ken Ofori-Atta and Charles Adu Boahen went beyond the Bond Market including the $2.25Billion Franklin Templeton Bond Deal.

Ghanaians are very determined to BREAK THE EIGHT years of the wasteful Akufo Addo-Bawumia government by ending the suffering now, by showing them the exit now.
There will be no constitutional crisis in the event of the President and Vice President resigning or being removed from office by the People or Parliament…
Exit of Akufo-Addo and Bawumia will lead to euphoria and GOODWILL which will translate into an automatic reduction in prices of goods as happened in 2001, significant drop in information, strengthening of the Cedi against the Dollar and confidence of the international market in the New Ghana and a greater prospect for a goodwill gesture including less impacting Debt Restructuring or even some Debt Forgiveness to cushion the New Government.
The Ghanaian Constitution has anticipated the ABSENCE, INCAPACITATION, RESIGNATION or REMOVAL of a President together with the Vice President and made provision for such an eventuality.
The Constitution of Ghana makes the following provision;
In the absence of the President and Vice President, the Speaker of Parliament will be sworn in by the Chief Justice as Interim President for a period of three (3) months within which time General Elections will be organised for a New President and a New Government to be elected.
There is no room for military adventurers who may decide to take advantage of the situation.
Ghanaians are enjoined by the Constitution to rise to its defence even st the peril.of their lives.
