The chiefs and people of Anlo land, have marked their 2024 Hogbetsotso Zâ (festival) at the Hogbe Park, Anloga on Saturday, November 2, showcasing their vibrant cultural performances and traditional rituals that honor their historic migration from Notsie in the Republic of Togo to their present settlement.

Speaking at a colourful durbar to climax the week-long festivities, President Nana Akufo-Addo who was the special guest of honour, expressed his gratitude to the Anlo community for their unwavering support and prayers throughout his tenure as head of state.

He acknowledged the importance of cultural unity in strengthening community bonds, highlighting how such traditions foster mental well-being and respect for individual identities.
