The Heightening Crime Rate at Kasoa, A Gun Totting MP and an Inept IGP of Ogyakrom (Ghana 🇬🇭)

election2024

In 2014 the then Inspector General of Police (IGP) did introduced Visibility Policing with police officers dotted at vantage points combined with a no nonsense Police Commander Abadey stationed at Kasoa, a town in Ogyakrom, who was arresting and getting sentencing for criminals in Kasoa.

However, with the new IGP James Oppong Boanuh who is shielded from retirement though overly retired but still in charge, he rolled back the Visibility Policing and leaving the space ajar for criminals to operate.

Thus offering the opportunity for the Kasoa Member of Parliament – Hawa The Rambo who is the ‘gun-toting mother’ to be oozing bullets out of her gun during election registrations without any punishment for her since 2020 till date 2021.

Hence the obvious failure in providing security, threat free and a safe Kasoa leading to child murder by other criminally minded teenagers that occurred in Kasoa on 4 April 2021.

🔴 Quizzically, why did the IGP James Oppong Boanuh remove the Visibility Policing he inherited?

The police are the only institution that the tax payers hire in exchange to maintain a safe community, however the Ogyakrom ‘Refuse to Retire IGP’ is refusing to render his side of the bargain, yet he is being kept on the job to continue worsening the crime rate in Ogyakrom.

It is puzzling if not infuriating to see a ‘Refuse to Retire IGP’ supervising a debilitating crime rate in Ogyakrom.

Without mincing words, the ‘Refuse to Retire IGP’ Oppong Boanuh must be held responsible to the spate of heightening crime rate in Kasoa.

#Refuse to Retire IGP Oppong Boanuh Must Go Home for a Serious and Active IGP to Bring Safety to Kasoa and Ogyakrom in General

Please bear with my harsh stands as a child murder by teenagers on Easter Holy day must be met with all seriousness and harshness it deserves.

Rest In Peace boy Ishmael 🙏🏿
