Be silent on your plans and ‘strike’ in 2024 – NDC Members told

In the build-up to the much anticipated 2024 general elections, an outspoken member of the largest opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ho Central Constituency of the Volta region, Oscar Komla Bedzra, has advised the party to keep silent on any of its future plans.

He made this call in an interview with Volta region based KUUL FM. Oscar Bedzra said

“…and owing to the recent victimisation of our core party members and stalwarts, it will be prudent to keep any future plans within ourselves without the need to say, and then strike out. I mean, and strike on or before election day because action speaks louder than words. That does not render us timid as a party, rather puts us at a more safer position to strike”.

He cited the immediate past NDC National Chairman – Hon. Samuel Ofosu Ampofo as well as the Youth Organiser for the Suame Constituency in the Ashanti region, adding that, they would not have suffered such ordeals if they were silent on their plans (whether intended or unintended).

In a related development, Oscar Komla Bedzra has called on the NDC to rally behind the embattled Suame Constituency Youth Organiser as a matter of solidarity
