Akufo-Addo must immediately reverse Achimota Forest Land degazetting and make public all documentation for scrutiny, if the government has nothing to hide.

It has also emerged that there is no Owoo family of Osu as captured in Press Akufo-Addo’s controversial Executive Instrument EI 144 recently put out by his Lands Minister, Samuel Abu Jinapor.

All documents relating to all State acquired Lands including the controversial Achimota Forest lands, Civil Aviation lands and so-called “Military Lands” which are proposed acquisitions for public scrutiny and a well informed national discourse.

Lawyer Kwame Gyan is not a Credible voice on the Achimota Forest Landgrab.

Lawyer Kwame Gyan was advisor to the Kufuor government on Lands when the greatest crimes were committed against Ghana and the Original Land Owners of Accra.

President Kufuor created instant millionaires of his cronies some of whom were paupers, bankrupt and also engineered the most extensive conflict of interest scandal by systematically corrupted several significant members of all three Arms of government, the media, Civil Society, Police, Security services, selected Chiefs, diplomats, embassies, local and multinational companies.

Very key milestones in that rape of State Lands by the Trustee, the President of Ghana include the infamous International Students Hostel Land Looting involving the Chief Justice Georgina Woode and others who were called on telephone and offered the Loot.

Another was the creation of instant millionaires out of cronies; Jospong and Zoomlion were the product of a State land bailout of a bankrupt Joseph Agyepong; the suicidal bankrupt printing press owner was transformed into an instant Millionaire by President Kufuor who handed him prime Airport Lands rightfully belonging to the La Stool to capitalise a business today known as Jospong Group including Zoomlion.

Many others who were offered similar multimillion dollar Lands for free or peanuts, sometimes by phone calls; including Chief Justice Georgina Woode and Nana Akufo-Addo.

Georgina Woode accepted the offer and exchanged her low-cost Akweteyman Land for the prime International Students Hostel Land at airport, which was seized by President Atta-Mills and used to build the current Foreign Affairs Office Complex in replacement of the fire-gutted head office.

Akufo-Addo declined the telephone offer of the land according to Gabby Asare Ochere-Darko claiming it was immoral; yet as President has refused to reverse the immoral illegal Land Looting and refused to act on the Sophia Akuffo Article 146 Petition for two (2) years because it required him to act on the list of beneficiaries of the fraudulently allocated State Lands including many of his conflicted ministers and appointees, friends and family.

Justice Sophia Akuffo was also offered and she paid GHc7000 for prime Cantonments State Land worth millions…

AN EFFORT TO CORRUPT THE JUDICIARY BY BRIBING JUDGES WITH LAND AND DENYING THE LA STOOL OF JUSTICE, IF THE LA STOOL WAS EVER GO TO COURT OVER THEIR STOLEN LANDS and appear before these judges or judges empanelled by these corrupted Chief Justices…

The Nii Kpobi Tettey Tsuru vs Attorney General judgement is a travesty of justice, believed to be a product of this scheme to pave way for more private persons to be handed State acquired Lands which should have rightfully been returned to the Original Owners, the La Stool as typified by the Cantonments Civil Aviation Land by deliberately wrongfully equating “Public Purpose” to “Public Interest” in a flawed Supreme Court judgement.

This widespread sharing of State Lands and Bungalows were aptly described by Lands Minister Inussah Fuseini (NDC) and Lands Minister Peter Amewu (NPP) as “Kelewele & Toffee” sweetheart deals because they constituted sharing of Trust Property by the Trustee President through the Lands Commission.

This extensive and systematic Create, Loot & Sharing of State Lands is well documented in the Article 146 Petition for the removal of Justice Sophia Akuffo as Chief Justice, which President Akufo Addo refused to act on and the Special Prosecutor has neither investigated nor prosecuted.

So for Samuel Abu Jinapor to claim that “the time-tested principle of Conflict of interest” will protect the Achimota Forest Land Loot from similar sharing among cronies under Akufo Addo or a future government is STUPID to say the least.

The level of Conflict of interest in the Cantonments Civil Aviation Land Loot, the Tradefair Land Loot and Samuel Abu Jinapor’s own account of how some powerful people go round on weekends looking for State Lands and Bungalows with little or no activity then come to his office to pressure him to allocate these prime state lands to them.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

The Lands Ministry must disclose the identities of the persons illegally developing the Cantonments Civil Aviation Land.

The Lands Ministry must immediately reverse all the fraudulent allocations including that of Sophia Akuffo and retrieve all the affected State Lands.

The Lands Ministry must make public the illegal Agreement it has signed with the notorious Landguard Clemence Gyato and Aynok Holdings to reclaim encroached State Lands and be paid with portions of the State Lands.

The Lands Ministry must disclose how Esi Gbedemah was fraudulently allocated 50acres of prime Airport Hills land under the watch of Samuel Abu Jinapor despite his claim that such allocations was banned.

“No faceless developers nor faceless beneficiaries and faceless Owoo family will be no longer be tolerated.”

Ghanaians are resolved to be Citizens and not Spectators.
