Mr. Mark Okraku Mantey, Deputy Minister of Tourism, Arts, and Culture, has called on businesses and marketers in Ghana to proactively adopt artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance service delivery and drive innovation.

He expressed concern that Ghanaian industries tend to be reactive rather than proactive when embracing new technologies, often lagging behind in innovation. “We wait until the technology is nearly outmoded before jumping on it,” he said.
