Chairman J.J. RAWLINGS: Should we expect Military activity at the KIA Hajj Village, Mr. President? – Owula Mangortey asks

I am a Citizen.

I rise to respectfully request my respected Chairman J.J. Rawlings to kindly ask his friend the respected Retired and Tired President Billy Akufo-Addo whether the country should expect Military activity at the KIA Hajj Village before, during and after the 2020 elections.

Your Excellency Chairman Rawlings, over the past few weeks, I have been tracking the activities of a “mystery man” in the Military, Security and Intelligence Community.

Your soldiers and Intelligence Officers
refer to the mystery man as RANGER, OLA, OLATUNDE DEROJAIYE, KWAME DANQUAH, etc.

It is whispered that the “mystery” man has unfettered access to the Chief of Army Staff and has presence at the office of the Provost Marshal and Commanding Officer of the Military Police.

Additionally, the “mystery man” rides a Toyota with registration number RANGER 1-18, and as the whisperings go, has concurrent involvement in Troops Peace Keeping rotation and operations of the SWAT Team of the National Security Council.

In my recent articles, I have asked of the National Security Minister and the Military High Command to explain by what authority the “mystery” man is operating within the Military, Security and Intelligence community.

These Servants of State have adopted a series of loud silence as answers, either out of shock or disdain or disrespect for a Citizen of Ghana who retains a democratic and inalienable right to receive answers to his questions

Kan Dapaah, Lt. General Akwa and others have left me unattended to like the forsaken barren wife of a wicked polygamist.

Nevertheless, as a conscientious
Citizen, I have gone ahead to track and check whether the “mystery” man attended the prestigious US RANGER SCHOOL and checked on his cohort.

Your Excellency, whilst digging on RANGER OLA, I felt proud to come across the names of some illustrious Officers and other ranks who had trained at the US Ranger School. They include:

(1). Major Courage Quarshiga (Rtd). He was an Officer Extraordinaire. He received SPECIAL COMMENDATIONS.

(2). Brigadier- General Partington.

(3). Colonel Azure (Rtd).

(4). Colonel Amengor (former Commanding Officer of 66 Artillery Regiment and now Director of Special Operations, Directorate of Joint Operations at GAF HQ).

(5). Other Ranks SWO Bawah, Frimpong.

Your Excellency Chairman Rawlings, as the longest serving Commander-in-Chief of GAF, you are aware that Officers and men who have had any form of training in USA institutions of repute such as the Ranger School, the War Colleges, the African Centre for Strategic Studies, the National Defence University, to name a few, have served the country as selfless professionals.

Your Excellency, I noted surprisingly, a phenomenon of some elements in the RANGER School cohort who are termed CONSULTANTS, who operate in some theatres in West Africa before, during and after elections.

The modus operandi of these CONSULTANTS include:

(1). Dealing with the highest echelons of host governments.

(2). Operating from a safe location close to an international airport (for obvious reasons- escape and evation tactics).

(3). Operating with a mininum number of persons including a number of host nation’s Armed Forces.

(4). Visiting host country to ascertain a few facts including choice of location for the installation of IT equipment.

I have been tracking and monitoring some visitations (out of and into the country) and consultations for a while!!

Your Excellency Chairman Rawlings, I have high regard for the profesionalism and dedication to duty of Brigadier- General N. Andoh, the Director General of Defence Intelligence.

I wish he will keep an eye on the area in and around the Hajj Village of the Kotoka International Airport for any sign of Military activity before, during and after the 2020 elections.

I wish Your Excellency Chairman J.J. Rawlings will receive assurances from your friend, the respected Retired and Tired President Billy Akufo-Addo that there will not be any elections- related MILITARY ACTIVITY at the area around the Hajj Village, before, during and after the 2020 elections.
