Prosecuting, Inspector Matilda Osaah Buabeng said Victoria Arthur, a trader and the victim’s mother, is the complainant who resides in Assin Fosu.

The Prosecutor said the victim, a Senior High School (SHS) form three student, noticed she was 17 weeks pregnant whilst in school.
