Court of Appeal decides on Ofosu Ampofo’s application today
The Court of Appeal will today, Wednesday, November 06, 2019 rule on an application by the National Chairman of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Samuel Ofosu Ampofo, to have his trial put on hold.
Mr. Samuel Ofosu Ampofo in an application filed at the second-highest court of the land is seeking for a stay of proceedings after the trial judge at the High Court dismissed same in July, this year.

The Accra High Court, presided over by Justice Samuel Asiedu, on Monday, November, 04 adjourned the trial to Monday, November 11, 2019, against the backdrop of the pending application at the Court of Appeal.
