With the outbreak and upsurge of the novel coronavirus pandemic (convid-19) on mankind, countries, both hard-hit and low-hit have resorted to panic situations obdurate to have it halted.
Seeming to defy mediation, as there has been no-known cure for it yet in this scientific and technological age, measures to halt it have ranged from medical through sanitary to spiritual
Ghana’s Measures
In this regard, the President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has tasked members of the Ghana Pharmaceuticals Association to cooperate and possibly find a local solution to the disease.
Not relating to his bid to stop the canker, Nana Akufo-Addo has not left out the spiritual aspect. It is against this background that he called for a national fast and prayers for Ghana on Wednesday March 25, 2020. Besides, he has called on religious bodies and their leaders to intercede on behalf of the country.
Prophetess Abigail’s Interception and discovery
While describing the prophetess directives as not only being in the night direction and timely but also divinely driven, prophetess Abigail, head pastor/ founder of God’s power Miracle Church, Headquarters at Gbawe Zero Top, pointed out that seeing through the divine aspect, she did the fasting and prayers religiously.
She stated that it was during the night of this fateful day that she got revelation from God about the cure for this pandemic. Prophetess Abigail indicated that she heard a voice that God had listened to the cries and prayers of Ghanaians and that He has taken away the disease subject to change of attitude from Ghanaians: if they would change from their sinful attitude for the better.
She indicated that though not all Ghanaians adhered to the presidents directives of fasting and prayers but because those who undertook it did it genuinely. God told her that He had heard their cries and prayers and supplications and that He will take away the pandemic.
Prophetess Abigail pointed out that it was at this stage that God showed her five (5) herbs to be used for hot bath (Prun) and some for concoction to be taken, stressing that after three (3) days of application the virus will disappear completely from the victim. She challenged all doubting Thomases to give her solution a try and they will see the glory of God. She also appealed to the President to give her a try in this
She pointed out that the next day after the national fasting and prayers, she saw that the hither to cloudy nature of the weather had given way to a bright sunshine weather, indicating that God had indeed heard the cries of Ghanaians.
The prophetess, who pointed out that, that night in question, she put before God two (2) disease for their cure and these were, coronavirus and a chronic skin diseases known in Akan as “Osee”. She said she had the answers to these two.
Recognizing the young and upcoming pastors.
The young and upcoming prophetess mentioned that barely two years after her call from God, she had crecked a number of wonders through God’s power at the churches name suggested, especially those pertaining to chronic diseases that had defied medication as testimonies abound in this respect.
Prophetess Abigail revealed that her specialities had been Healing Ministration and the prophecy, birth related issues, prayers and intercession. She demoded that since they are young and upcoming, coupled with their obscure places of worship and no big platform, not much attention is given them, especially when it comes to national issues as this. While admitting that there are bad nuts in all societies including pastoral there are bad nuts amongst pastors. However, there are good ones too, especially the young and upcoming ones quoting Joel 2:28.
Whole commending the President, Nana Akufo- Addo for what she said his fore sight and divine inspiration to fight the soft spoken and unassuming coronavirus. Prophetess Abigail noted that “The Battle was the Lord’s in Nana’s own mantra indicates. She urged all Ghanaians to pray for Nana Akufo-Addo for his examplorary and divine leadership. According to her, the lockdown policy by Nana Akufo Addo is the best under these circumstances and urged all to abide by it for their own sake.
She was however quick to point out that the ban on churches and mosques be uplifted so that they can praise God for all that He has done for Ghanaians so far.
She was of the view that the pandemic will go away fast from Ghana and the death toll will be minimal.
Well done veep but …
Prophetess Abigail also commended the vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia for going to the aid of the Kayayee. While urging him not to listen to what people will say about his assistance to them. She indicated that they are not the only vulnerable and needy in the society. According to her some of them and their members fall into the same category of the kayayee and should therefore be attended to as well.
Prophetess Abigail hinted that God is using some of them very well and that if much attention was given them, especially in these abnormal times of covid-19 epidemic, the entire society will stand to gain.
