A debt buying and collection company, JM Legal Support, has bemoaned the negative effects of Covid-19 on the collection and retrieval of debts owed their clients. The company believes is due to the poor economic impact of the novel Covid-19 pandemic on individual and company finances at the moment.
The Ashaiman based company is an expert in debt buying and collection for individuals, organizations and companies in Ghana and beyond.
In an exclusive interview, Isaac Asamoah who is the Recovery Officer for the company, told Ghananewsonline.com.gh, that the company is ready to work with people that have their funds locked up with some individuals or companies in any part of the country.
“JM Legal Support Limited is an expert debt collector and helps individuals and organizations to collect their locked up funds or monies from other individuals or companies,” the response noted.
Explaining the modus operandi of the company, he said the company buys debts from creditors, pays them off and becomes the new owners of the said debt which they use legal processes to retrieve.
The Company has appealed to the government to take a holistic look at the legal system and how it operates to enhance justice delivery in the country.
“Government should strengthen the legal systems in Ghana to speed up cases especially debt cases that get to the courts” they added.
He said the charges and percentages paid to them after debt retrieval are very much affordable and should not be a worry to any client.
The company, located around the Ashaiman roundabout is open to assist anyone with debt issues.
