Deputy Ministerial List finally Out now; Herbert Krapa and Okyere Baafi head for Trade Ministry

President Nana Akufo-Addo’s list of appointees for the various deputy ministerial positions is ready. Herbert Krapa – a government spokesperson on governance and legal affairs and Michael Okyere Baafi – a former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Ghana Free Zones Authority (GFZA) are heading to the Ministry of Trade, while Andrew Agyapa Mercer and Dina Dapaah move to the Energy and Justice Ministries respectively.

The appointees designate become substantive deputy Ministers after successfully going through the vetting process and getting approved by the Appointments Committee of parliament.
