The Buzzing Rapine of Erudition, Prof. Dinkum has distinguished between the Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s engagement with the media scheduled on Sunday, August 25, 2024, in Accra and former president John Dramani Mahama’s engagement with the media held on July 7, 2024.

According to him, Dr. Bawumia’s media engagement will be transparent and all journalists shall be treated uniformly unlike what the NDC did.

“On the record, Dr. Bawumia’s engagement with the media shall be executed based on these indicia ; No question (s) shall be set for the journalists to be used to pump Dr. Bawumia for details, unlike how the NDC did it.

” He won’t be discriminatory by giving chances to journalists, he envisages, they stick up for the NPP : all journalists shall be treated uniformly. The aura wouldn’t be a sinister in order to steer clear of public interest questions.”

“The chamber shall be largely commodious and Crackerjack to house everybody without a baleful spin – off. All questions asked shall be attended to encyclopedically before the event dissolves etc.” He added.

1. MAHAMUDU BAWUMIA TO FRONT THE MEDIA – AN ALARM BELL TO THE WET BLANKETS ?

Let’s face it – there are days when rolling out of bed and dragging ourselves to work or school feels like an Olympic feat. I get it. I’ve had a couple of those days myself. Whether it’s the weight of truncated tasks, looming deadlines, or simply the gravitational pull of your cozy bed, showing up on some days can be denser than others. But you can wangle through : even on those taxing days, it sews up to avidity. After having screened his compendious objectives to the masses and rub shouldering with the assorted constituents, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia through his unflagging bashes has slated 25th of this month, to have a rendezvous with the media. This exercise would serve as a vehicle for the journalists to query the Vice President and the Flagbearer of the zippy New Patriotic Party about whatever they deem paradoxical amidst his presidential ends.

When the National Democratic Congress (NDC) engaged with the media in that jocose manner, the usual libretto was, when is Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia toeing the same line if he thinks, he deserves the presidential accolade ? They made this staple diet breezed over the topography. For a fact, Dr. Bawumia has been their paradigm and in this regard, he continues to be a pest to their ineffectual party. How could a party cogitated to encounter the media before the launching of their Manifesto, where their plans would be broadcasted to the populace ? How Ludacris was it for the NDC to had done that. We were here, when during their (NDC) confabulations with journalists, they compromised with other journalists whereas a question (s) was/were given to them to be used to ask their flagbearer, since John Mahama is a cartoon and calamity of bog – standard leader. I keep on saying, the NDC are being headed by a genus of slime buckets. No organization, institution etc with well grounded structures would function deplorably as the NDC ; it isn’t kooky as to why the NPP has trumped their party in every sector of partisan politics.

The moment Dr. Bawumia trumpeted the date of having a schedule with the media, it got them into palpitations, for they know, it will be a duck soup for him and as much, minifies the media encounter they had. He is a man, who doesn’t have a foible : he is a partisan politics and academic juggernaut – the cause for his blue – ribbon performances in that case. His trump card is how he words his ideas in a chiefly rosy form. The NDC wanted John Mahama to exhibit same during their media engagement, but haplessly, he lacks the bare – bones version of that intelligence.

On the record, Dr. Bawumia’s engagement with the media shall be executed based on these indicia ;
1) No question (s) shall be set for the journalists to be used to pump Dr. Bawumia for details, unlike how the NDC did it.

2) He won’t be discriminatory by giving chances to journalists, he envisages, they stick up for the NPP : all journalists shall be treated uniformly.

3) The aura wouldn’t be a sinister in order to steer clear of public interest questions.

4) The chamber shall be largely commodious and Crackerjack to house everybody without a baleful spin – off.

5) All questions asked shall be attended to encyclopedically before the event dissolves etc.

It shall be a panoptic session, for, Dr. Bawumia  is once again lusting to annotate his hopes to the good people of Ghana. He has a tip – top track record as a speaker : his enunciations, confidence level and buoyancy are on the right track always _ don’t anticipate anything than a magnificent éclat on the 25th August.
