“To all Dr UN fans and all well-meaning people out there, I am now ostracized by sickness. The amount the doctors are demanding is way beyond my capacity. I entreat everyone who sees this video to come to my aid. I call on all celebrities and media houses. I am down, I have no strength now. I don’t have the muscle to offset my huge bill. Please I need your help to get back to my feet. I was admitted to D4,” he appealed as he sat in a chair with his right foot bandaged.

He is said to be suffering from diabetes as well.

Dr UN shot to fame with his fake Award Scheme which was purportedly linked to the United Nations and the late UN General Secretary, Kofi Annan. He had many celebrities and high-profile Ghanaians fall for the sham as he went around honouring them with vase-like plaques and citations.

Among such celebrities and prominent personalities were Sarkodie, D-Black, Prof Ebenezer Oduro, Bella Mundi and Johnnie Hughes.
