According to him, land is an extremely valuable resource with limited quantities available. When you purchase land in the path of growth, you will find yourself with a finite asset that a lot of other people want to get their hands on. Stock, bonds, mutual funds etc. all make sense in certain scenarios and so does land. If you go into this with the intent of holding the right property for the long-term, it can make a lot more sense and be a lot more profitable than any other retirement vehicle out there” Bright Charis added that “as a Real Estate Developer and an Entrepreneur with much experience in land Investment, I will Like to be completely honest with you, Investing in land is without question; the most powerful strategy I have used to build my real estate Investment career, for the few years I have been in the Real Estate business, I have bought and sold a lot of lands and generated a lot of passive income. The company late in 2021, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) built and handed over an ultra- modern Police Station with ancillary facilities at the cost of GHC 450,000.00 to the Ghana Police Service at Wayanu where it’s Golf City Estate is located all in a bid to ensure the security of the residents of that area majority of whom are and are becoming residents of the Golf City Estate and adjoining sites.
Worth mentioning are beautiful and serene tourism attractions close to the Airport Golf City residential area with scenes of natural beauty and different layers of sedimentary rocks atop a small mountain overlooking the entire area with a beautiful and concise view of the famous Adaklu Mountain, which Adonai hopes to develop into an important tourism destination to attract both local and foreign tourists in a bid to generate more income for the state through tourism.
“We are currently in talks with the Ghana Tourism Authority and other stakeholders in the tourism industry to develop this newly discovered area into a tourism destination alongside the already existing sites which we believe will attract more tourists both local and foreign into the region and eventually racking in more income for our dear country Ghana” he said.

As at the time of our visit, construction work was steadily ongoing with projects like hotel accommodation, swimming pools, a school complex and play grounds for kids among others.
