EC, COURT & THE PEOPLE: Who does Power Belongs to, Reside in or Emanate from?

It is clear that the Ballot Boxes, Ballot Papers and Pinksheets used in the 2024 Parliamentary election were not kept in Police custody after Election,

THE PREAMBLE TO THE CONSTITUTION OF GHANA…

Until recently Frank Asiedu Bekoe (Protozoa) was the Political Advisor to the Chief of Staff, Frema Opare…

Frank Asiedu Bekoe made the headlines in the Prof. Frimpong-Boateng Galamsey Report, when he was listed as a Galamsey Kingpin.

The Electoral Commission on Thursday 12th December, 2024 declared Frank Asiedu Bekoe as the MP-Elect for SUHUM at the Tesano Police Detective Training Centre Re-Collation Centre with six (6) Polling Stations Pinksheets outstanding…

However, the Electoral Commission’s Research Director, Mr. Fred Tetteh has said on the Friday 20th December, 2024 edition of the Citi FM Eyewitness News, that the Parliamentary elections is won on the basis of ‘First Past the Polls’, hence all Polling Stations Pinksheets are required to make such a declaration, citing the Tema Central declaration as illegal and requiring Re-Collation for that reason…

The Electoral Commission has deliberately left out of its list of nine (9) disputed Parliamentary election results, the illegal and spectacularly shameful Damongo declaration of Samuel Abu Jinapor as MP-Elect for Damongo.

The Damongo Parliamentary collation was marred by violence and the burning of the EC office.

The Damongo declaration was ironically not done by the Returning Officer as required by the CI 127 but in an office without any NDC agent present…

The NDC Candidate, Mutawakilu is claiming victory in the Damongo Parliamentary election and has filed a case in court…

The Electoral Commission’s double standards in the 2024 Parliamentary elections in favour of the NPP, characterised by reversing of seats originally won by NDC Candidates or re-declaring for the NPP in Constituencies where an NDC Candidate had already been declared as MP-Elect and attempting to do Re-Collation which is alien to CI 127.

In fact, the validity of the Pinksheets are key;

The Nsawam Adoajiri parliamentary election Pinksheets were found to have been altered thus the process was halted till an injunction was served on the Electoral Commission and incumbent MP leading to the halting of the Collation process.

There was a case of the Dome Kwabenya Constituency where thirty-one (31) Pinksheets were tampered with after the election since all thirty-one (31) Pinksheets were in one handwriting.

This strange situation suggests that one person was simultaneously present in thirty-one (31) Polling Stations, acted as Presiding Officer at all these thirty-one (31) Polling Stations for the Pinksheets to be valid.

It is clear that the Ballot Boxes, Ballot Papers and Pinksheets used in the 2024 Parliamentary election were not kept in Police custody after Election, thus some were compromised by persons who altered them…

The Ablekuma North Parliamentary election dispute has been made worse with the burning of the School housing the Ballot Boxes, Ballot Papers and Pinksheets for that Constituency election won by the NDC Candidate who had been declared MP-ELECT.

The credibility of the Electoral Commission is horrible and gets worse with each activity, Re-Collation of already collated results, a situation the same Electoral Commission despised in the 2020 Techiman South Parliamentary election when NDC MPs Petitioned the Electoral Commission.

The Electoral Commission refusal to answer questions from the media after its recent Press Conference made its tattered image worse…

The fact that Jean Adukwei Mensa is a niece of the First Lady, appointed by President Akufo Addo who has refused to act on an Article 146 Petition for her removal since 21st January, 2021.

The fact that her two (2) deputies Bossman Asare and Appiahene are patrons of the NPP’s Youth Tertiary Students Confederacy (TESCON) of their respective Universities…

The fact that all other members of the Electoral Commission were appointed by President Akufo Addo who vowed not to hand over to the NDC’s President John Dramani Mahama and committed to his Breaking the Eight agenda…

The NDC won the Presidential election by an almost 2million votes gap landslide that even Bawumia had to quickly concede defeat to avoid embarrassment…

The NPP realising that the Green Wave of NDC victories across the country had delivered more than a two-thirds (2/3) Super Majority in Parliament has in collusion with the Electoral Commission to reverse some seats declared for the NDC to shore up the NPP’s Micro Mini Minority Parliamentary status in the next Parliament.

The Micro Mini Minority Leader Afenyo Markin supported by OB Amoah, Frank Davies, Peter McManu, Fred Oware and a few NPP officials are tyring hard to see if they can win any of the lost seats with the help of the EC and any Policeman or woman or judge willing to…

Sadly, the Electoral Commission has been selective in its acknowledgement of court processes dependent on whether they were filed by the NDC or NPP…

The Electoral Commission even ignored the NDC’s request for an emergency IPAC Meeting to resolve the impasse…

Ghanaians are resolved to be Citizens and not Spectators in the 2024 election…

The vigilance of Ghanaians foiled the NPP’s plot to rig the 2024 election through Vote-buying etc…

The Electoral Commission is trying to tempt the NDC supporters out on the streets alongside ordinary citizens desirous of protecting their votes cast on 7th December, 2024…

The Electoral Commission has enlisted the NPP’s help through the courts to compell the Police to invite the military to do the obvious…

SHOOT TO KILL.

The lives lost so far in the 2024 election, seems not enough for the Electoral Commission and the NPP.

Will the Police or Military shoot unarmed Ghanaian citizens protesting the stealing of their votes…

Will the Police or Military shoot unarmed Ghanaian citizens protecting the Constitution of Ghana.

Vigilance of Ghanaians will continue until
