Serwaa Broni: Presidency, National Security, Others tight-lipped on staged robbery attack on Akufo-Addo’s mistress

The lady has alleged that heavily armed operatives of National Security using state cars, were used to attack her in a staged armed robbery incident

Everyone mentioned in the Serwaa Broni video, has decided to play deaf and dumb to the claims of the lady, preferring to allow the story of Evelyn Aidoo alias “Serwaa-Broni” who released compromising pictures of herself and the President, Nana Akufo-Addo, but said she has other damning naked videos of him, to rather die a natural death, instead of attempting a response to clear the air.

The lady has alleged that heavily armed operatives of National Security using state cars, were used to attack her in a staged armed robbery incident, in which her valuables and those of others were snatched from her in an apparent attempt to retrieve the damning materials from her.

She mentioned Hopeson Adorye, as having led that attack on her and the others on behalf of President Akufo-Addo, who had once angrily threatened her, saying in plain language that he suffered to get to the Presidency of Ghana, and so will stop at nothing to protect that feat.

Hopeson, has remained tightlipped, although he had initially announced on his Facebook page that he was going to publicly speak on the matter.

The National Security secretariat led by Major General Francis Adu Amanfo (rtd) or its supervisory Ministry, led by Albert Kan-Dapaah, have sought to deny that its operatives were involved in a staged armed robbery as claimed by the lady who got too close to the President.

Interestingly, the seat of government; the Jubilee House, which is normally quick to respond to issues concerning the President, has said nothing.

The usual weekly Presidential Briefings addressed by the Director of Communications at the Presidency, Eugene Arhin, has not happened lately; perhaps afraid a question will be put to him on the matter.

The staged robbery, had occurred in front of the Central University Campus on the Tema-Aflao Highway at Miotso near Dawhenya, while she and her friends were on their way to Togo, with a chauffeur provided them by Hopeson on the instructions of President Akufo-Addo, who had travelled out of the country at the time.

“Serwaa-Broni” revealed that ahead of the 2019 attacked on her, President Akufo-Addo, who she insisted has never had sex with her, had left GH¢20, 000 with Hopeson to be handed over to her for her upkeep immediately she arrived in Ghana.

The ex-Director General of the Police Criminal Investigations Department (CID), MaameTiwaaAddo-Danquah, who was mentioned by the Ghanaian-Canadian lady known on facebook as “Ma’Adzepabi Serwaa-Broni”, but neither MaameTiwaa, who is currently in-charge of Police Welfare as its Director General nor the CID unit currently headed by Commissioner of Police (COP) Isaac Ken Yeboah, have spoken about the claim a report was lodged on the matter and what they have done about it.

The Canadian High Commission in Accra, which was mentioned by SerwaaBroni, as having to arrange a new passport and other travelling papers for her to return to Canada where she practices as nurse, has also not spoken about the issue, perhaps as result of diplomatic limitations.

But it is certain that the Canadians are in the know of the issues and have every detail, including pictures, voice notes, audio recordings, text messages, emails among others which President Akufo-Addo, has allegedly sent to her to either beg for forgiveness or threaten.

Speaking impeccable Twi in a live video she made on Facebook, Serwaa-Broni, who has since set Ghana’s social media space ablaze with more than two dozen pictures of herself, many government officials, including the Chief of Staff, FremaOpare, the Minister of Agric, Dr. OseiAkotoAfrieyie, the President’s brother, Edward Akufo-Addo alias “Bumpty” and others to prove her closeness to President, suggested she has not known peace for some time now.

But none of these state officials, have disputed being on the Presidential flight with her to Kumasi.

The Herald, has sighted compromising pictures of herself and Ghana’s President, Nana Akufo-Addo, captured in the Presidential jet, hotel rooms, among other places.

It has since emerged that HopesonYaoviAdorye, who was the National Security Secretariat’s representative at the Kotoka International Airport (KIA), was sacked from the Airport, because of “Serwaa-Broni”.

The feeling in the Adorye home is that Hopeson was sacrificed in 2019, to protect the image of the President to pacify Serwaa-Broni who in a 2-hours-28-minutes-7-seconds video made last week into her relationship with the president, but insisted they never had sex although the President wanted to.

“Ma’Adzepabi Serwaa-Broni”, clearly in some sought of danger, but appears to have some more dirty stuff on the President, has revealed that she had created a YouTube account and posted the items there, given the password to the President to view them for himself. This she said, got the President “foolishly apolosing” to her.

Aside from other sins committed by Mr. Adorye at the Airport, The Herald, has been told that the issue of “Serwaa-Broni” was what finally led to his outright dismissal from the country’s major entry point.

The lady narrated how she was dragged into a bushy place on the Aflao-Tema Highway, by a national security operative with a gun pointed at her head, and she had thought she was going to be shot. She insisted President Akufo-Addo sent the operatives after her through Hopeson, whom she said, was not looking after his 15-year-old daughter.

In what appears to be a diplomatic embarrassment to Ghana, the Kumasi-born lady, who might not return to Ghana any moment soon, has since reported her relationship with the President to Canadian authorities in both Canada and here in Ghana, through its High Commission, for her own protection, that of her children and her family members in Ghana.

However, anytime President Akufo-Addo, gets in touch with her through phone calls, email messages and other means of communication, a traumatized “Serwaa-Broni”, who is a nurse by profession says she rushes to the Canadians to file a report on the contact because is constantly living in fear since the President, his operatives in both Ghana and Canada where she lives, know her house and could harm her anytime.

It is most likely the Canadian authorities, have every detail of the Ghanaian President’s dealings with Ms. Aidoo, including the pictures, the near-porn videos, text messages, recorded voice notes, email messages, which includes threats and pleas, and might have asked her do last week’s Facebook live video as a safety measure for herself and others around her, including her lesbian partner who is said to be living in Ghana.

The Herald, was the first media house to report on the sacking of Hopeson, which occurred as soon after his lavish wedding. Hopeson, denied his dismissal as published by The Herald, and insisted he was going to be at work but two years on, he has not been back.

In 2020, Hopeson, was on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) as its Parliamentary Candidate for KponeKantamanso Constituency.

This paper had detailed his dealings with criminal elements, who had been blacklisted by the country’s security apparatus, however, he has a different storyline, telling close friends and family members that he was sacked because “Serwaa-Broni” had accused him of robbery.

His sympathetic wife; Gifty, who is a gospel musician, has warned him to stay away from “Serwaa-Broni” who claims to have befriended Nana Akufo-Addo, long before he became President in 2017.

“Serwaa-Broni” had revealed that ahead of the 2019 attacked on her, President Akufo-Addo, who she insisted has never had sex with her, had left GH¢20, 000 with Hopeson to be handed over to her for her upkeep immediately she arrived in Ghana.

This money was indeed, given to her, however, it was taken from her during a staged robbery by the National Security operatives on the instructions of President Akufo-Addo, who she says lacks every “decency”, adding he has been living in fear that she could release some well-guarded secrets she holds about him.

Additional instruction from the President to Hopeson was to lodge her in the plush Golden Tulip Hotel in Accra, and this was also done.

Throughout the video, “Serwaa-Broni” suggested that Hopeson, who she has nicknamed “Hopeless Adoryefool”, was the linkman between her and President Akufo-Addo. She called the President a “criminal”.

It is, however, unclear if Hopeson overstepped his bounds by using the three operatives of National Security to stage a robbery on her, stealing her phones, her Canadian passport, citizenship card, among other valuables, including those of a friend in an effort to shut her up.

The three operatives, had asked them to stop, when they refused, they chased them up, until they succeeded in getting them off the highway to carry out the operations in which a GH¢20,000, Hopeson had given to her, as coming from President Akufo-Addo, was also snatched away.

She said the operatives were in a white Mitsubishi pickup vehicle and had sirens on.

The chauffeur provided her by Hopeson, on the instructions of President Akufo-Addo, turned out to be a National Security operative stationed at the Presidency, Jubilee House.

She gave the chauffeur’s name as “Nana Kofi” and the make of the vehicle as a Nissan Sentra.

The cover of the chauffeur as a National Security operative, was also blown at the CID headquarters by a police officer, who claims to know him and had been working on two cases at the station. One of which he (Kofi) was an active participant and a mere witness in the other case.

She revealed that she was prompted to connect Hopeson to the stage robbery, because he started making references to some items in bags that the well-dressed “robbers” took away from her and her friend. They had slamd a car door on her leg before dragging her on the ground into a nearby bush where she thought they were going to kill her.

The “robbers” wore brown khaki trousers with white t-shirts, welded sophisticated weapons and Leg Holsters for carrying pistols. That attack on her in which she was dragged from the car put at her disposal by the President, has left her suffering Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

She reported the matter to the Police CID then led by Tiwaa Addo-Danquah, the Canadian High Commission in Ghana among other authorities.

Serwaa-Broni, revealed that CCTV cameras were to show Hopeson Adorye, entering into her hotel room at Golden Tulip in Accra, and a laptop which was in the hotel room later revealed someone had apparently attempted to login with several unauthorized passwords in an attempt to retrieve the information she had on the President.

In her revelation, she had mentioned how she had once met the President in his hotel room, with the President attending to her in his bathrobe.

Evelyn, in her two-hour narration on social media a few days ago, said she had been impressed upon by agents of the President and National Security, to delete the pictures and stop talking about her relationship with the President.

She will later reveal how President Akufo-Addo himself, had told her that the National Security was not happy with how she had catalogued most of her encounters with him in pictures and that he [President AkufoAddo] had been warned to stay away from her, because of her itchy camera fingers.

In another picture, she was in the same room with President Akufo-Addo, in what showed the President in a fully dressed sofa, but appeared to be exhausted in a pose, suggesting him napping.

The heavily tattooed Evelyn, had revealed how Ghana’s President, had been playing the Casanova with her by arranging for her to junket on the Presidential Jet; calling her at odd hours and asking to personally intervene in her land litigation issues in Ghana.

The state-sponsored hits on her led by Hopeson, was because of suspicions that she will reveal the secret love advances from President Akufo-Addo.

According to her, she crossed paths with President Akufo-Addo in 2019 and the President started his advances, among other things, and was overreaching with incessant phone calls and pestering her with requests for secret rendezvous in hotels.

But Evelyn, saying she is an independent spirited woman, parried the advances from the President, who would often call and check on her and keep her posted of his travels around the globe.

Sometimes, Evelyn who says she is a lesbian, disclosed how she had to travel to Ghana from Canada to celebrate her birthday with the Ghanaian President, despite his busy schedules, remembers and calls to wish her a happy birthday.

According to her, President Akufo-Addo had once arranged for himself, her and some other powerful members of his government, including Chief of Staff, FremaOpare, to travel on the Presidential Jet to Kumasi for a funeral.

After the funeral in Kumasi, the President, asked her to accompany him to the Manhyia Palace to meet Otumfuor Osei Tutu ll, but she refused and had to be put onboard the Presidential Jet, together with the Chief of Staff and three others back to Accra.

On their way back from Kumasi, she said she decided to create mementos for her first time on a private jet and so she took selfies of herself.

She had previously captured pictures of the President in the same aircraft and this started her ordeal with the National Security, who wanted her relationship with the President to be kept from the prying eyes of the public.

Serwaa-Broni’s family back home in Ghana is dyed-in-the-wool loyalist of the NPP, and according to her, although she warned President Akufo-Addo, not to be calling or texting her, he has not stopped, and anytime he does she immediately prompts the Canadian authorities, particularly his threats.

“Serwaa-Broni”, the President, had specifically warned her that Ghana’s National Security establishment was unhappy with her after she excitedly posted pictures of herself with President Akufo-Addo in the background while onboard the Presidential Jet on Facebook to show off.

More to come!
