The Ministry of Education has responded to the political twist that former President John Dramani has added to the relocation of the University of Environment and sustainable Development (UESD) from Donkorkrom to Bunso.
According to the ministry, it was the making of the John Mahama administration that led to the relocation of the University, something that had help in securing the all important University for Ghana.
A statement signed by the Press Secretary to the Education Minister, Mr. Rodney Nkrumah-Boateng, said that Mr. Mahama’s that an agreement had been reached to set up the University with Donkorkrom as on of its campuses and that government has reneged on it is completely false, preposterous and without merit.
