In a public address, the Catholic Bishops stressed the importance of all stakeholders prioritizing peace and avoiding divisive language that could harm Ghana’s democratic stability.

“We feel compelled to address all stakeholders involved in this all-important democratic exercise to emphasize our collective responsibility in ensuring a peaceful, transparent, and fair electoral process,” said Most Rev. Matthew Kwasi Gyamfi, President of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference.
