Election Petition: Ghanaians on Social media react to Court’s ruling, describe Judges as Bias

The Supreme Court has on Wednesday, February 3, 2021, dismissed a motion filed by lawyers of the petitioner in the ongoing election petition, former President John Dramani Mahama.

The motion, which was asking for the originals of all constituency presidential election results collation forms and summary sheets of all constituencies in Ghana.

The court in its ruling among other reasons said the petitioner has not proven that he does not already have the documents they are asking to inspect.

Following the Court’s ruling, some Ghanaians took to social media to express opinions on proceedings.
