Enoch Godi, the Founder and President of Hope Performance Tennis Inc. in the USA, has arrived in Accra, Ghana, ahead of the upcoming Hope Tennis Clinic 2024.
Departing from Atlanta, Georgia, Godi’s visit marks his return to his native country to spearhead the 7th edition of the renowned tennis clinic.
A former Davis Cup tennis player and product of the International Tennis Federation (ITF) training centre in South Africa, Godi’s journey from adversity to success inspires. Having risen from homelessness at 11 in Accra, he holds certifications as a PTR Performance Professional and USPTR coach at the Atlanta Athletic Club in Georgia.
Established in September 2018, Hope Performance Tennis Inc. has conducted impactful programs across various regions in Ghana, including Accra, Cape Coast, Winneba, Tamale, and others. The Hope Tennis Clinic, scheduled from July 5-7, 2024, at the KNUST Tennis Court in Kumasi, followed by sessions on July 12-13, 2024, at the Accra Sports Stadium Tennis Court, aims to empower young people and expand tennis outreach across the country.
