Fetish priest kills three persons at Tepa-Baniekrom

A fetish priest identified as Osman Majeed has allegedly shot and killed three persons at Tepa-Baniekrom, in the Ahafo Ano South West District of the Ashanti Region.

The incident happened on Tuesday, July 2, 2024.

According to police reports, the deceased persons had allegedly attacked the fetish priest multiple times, but the priest seemed unperturbed.

In a bizarre twist, the priest retaliated by shooting and killing all three men who had attacked him.

The Ghana Police Service has launched an investigation into the incident and is currently searching for the suspect, Osman Majeed, who is still at large.

A police team visited the scene of the incident and conveyed the bodies to the morgue for preservation and autopsy.
