Founding President of Imani Africa, Franklin Cudjoe has stated that the Attorney-General peddled falsehood in his opinion on the illegal small scale mining (Galamsey) report.

In his view,  the Attorney-General’s opinion can incite hatred for this government.

“My dear National Security Minister, are you aware that in spite of the glaring destruction galamsey has dealt our environment, the Attorney-General is misinforming the world that there is no evidence of the carnage? These false narratives can incite anger and fuel precocious hatred for the government, which may lead to its overthrow, democratically. Now you do not want that outcome, so please reign in the Attorney-General. Thanks,” he wrote on Facebook.
