Gender Activist Dela Goldheart aims to Unseat Richard Sefe as Anlo MP
“I have excelled in foreign countries. Now I need my people to give me a chance for a different Anlo”
Controversial Gender Activist, Amelia Amedela Amemate, popularly called Dela Goldheart, has serve notice of contesting the National Democratic Congress (NDC) parliamentary primaries in the Anlo Constituency of the Volta Region in a bid to unseat the current Member of Parliament (MP) – Richard Kwami Sefe.
In a Facebook post with a picture of Parliament at the background, Dela Goldheart gave the indication that she has done excellent works in foreign countries and deserve the support of the constituents of Anlo to serve and turn around the fortunes of the constituency as their MP.
“I have excelled in foreign countries. Now I need my people to give me a chance for a different Anlo,” she posted.
Amelia Amedela Amemate is a graduate of University of Ghana, Legon where she majored in Political Science and minored in archaeology. She is also a graduate student at Bowling Green State University, specializing in Gender, Ethnicity and Identity.
