Ghana: A Land where we major in minors and minor in majors

The deliberately underfunded Office of the Special Prosecutor cannot claim to be chasing the dead and be ignoring the living when it has the evidence in its possession.

Freezing assets of DEAD Sir John and leaving LIVING Sophia Akuffo, Jean Adukwei Mensa, Clemence Gyato, Stephen Ntim, Osafo Maafo and many others free to enjoy looted State Lands…

IMANI, Multinational, Dr. Emmanuel Akwetey (IDEG) and others who have spoken on the Achimota Forest Landgrab are protecting their friends on a longer list of living Land Looters which has become public.

The deliberately underfunded Office of the Special Prosecutor cannot claim to be chasing the dead and be ignoring the living when it has the evidence in its possession.

Will the Special Prosecutor prosecute the late Sir John posthumously over his will?

What is preventing Sampson Lardi Anyenini and his OccupyGhana friends from demanding a Full-scale Public Enquiry into all State Acquired Lands?

It is the same that is preventing IMANI, Multinational, Dr. Emmanuel Akwetey (IDEG) and the others who have forcefully spoken on the Sir John will; they are protecting their friends on the viral long list of living Land Looters fraudulently allocated State Lands.

Similarly, whereas many spoke about E. I. 144 releasing Achimota Forest Lands have pretended that the signing of E. I. 432 by President Akufo-Addo releasing State Acquired Lands including Military Barracks, Government Offices and private residential facilities to the Asantehene in trust for the Subjects of the GOLDEN STOOL is an inconsequential policy decision even when the same people had very recently vociferously opposed any return of State Lands by government to the Original Land Owners.

BUT PARLIAMENT DOES NOT DISAPPOINT

The Parliamentary Select Committee of Lands & Forestry has summoned the Lands Minister, Samuel Abu Jinapor to appear before Parliament to answer why government has been fraudulently allocating State Acquired Lands to private people rather than returning the Lands in the prime areas of Cantonments, Labone, Airport, Legon etc to the La Stool which is the original land owner.

President Akufo-Addo recently ordered all Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies to demolish all buildings on waterways in an effort to abate the recent flooding.

The La Kpeshie Lagoon area has been experiencing flush floods because like the Odaw and Korle Lagoons near Agbogbloshie; these Lagoons have been blocked to a large measure with materials and built upon.

The rich and poor have built there; the demolition is bound to happen but very predictably, the rich will not suffer but the houses of the poor will be demolished.

Accra which lies below sea level and recently recording tidal waves and erosion due to rising sea level and climate change; is very likely to experience tsunamis soon…

Government needs to take pragmatic steps, including engineering to save the national capital not only from floods, flush floods but tidal waves and a potential tsunami…

Villagio sits on a major water channel together with the hotel nearby and the Accra Mall; will President Akufo-Addo order their demolition?

The Works and Housing Ministry must give a comprehensive account of its programme and expenditure to date.

Ghanaians are resolved to be Citizens and not Spectators;

Ghanaians will demand to know why the Government of Ghana signed a $1billion agreement with a Singaporean Company to develop only 65acres of the 140-acre Trade Fair Redevelopment Project?

Where is the remaining 75 acres of the Trade Fair Redevelopment Project land, is it reserved for the Reroy Group, COCOBOD or David Adjaye?

God Save Our Homeland Ghana.

PRAY FOR PARLIAMENT.
